Every adult should at the very minimum have a current Will and Enduring Power of Attorney.
People often work a lifetime to accumulate assets, yet don’t have a valid will to show their loved ones how those assets are to be distributed upon their death. The result is - your assets being distributed according to a formula decided by the Queensland Government which is both costly and can often have unintended results.
Wills start at $550 including GST per person. For the cost – it’s simply not worth the risk to die without one.
